PT 4th Session

Just comeback fm looong weekend.. cuti2 malaysia di Jay Bee.. ke JPO 2 kali.. hbs duit rating 3 bulan beli kasut boots Timberland.. (buang tebiat kut).. merah menyala lak tu.. lagi hilang akal aku ni.. dan also bought perfume 4 botol.. wakakakaka.. 1 botol dah jual kat ayie.. tggl 3.. 1 botol bagi Haikal.. tinggal la 2.. actually mmg aim nak 1 jer perfume.. Anna Sui Butterfly.. tp sebab beli Anna.. yg lain2 dpt 50%.. x ke gile namanya kalau x tangkap kannnn..

So.. patut smlm training dgn karem.. tp balik umah dah nak maghrib daaa.. biasalah.. bila immediate bos tadek.. no honey honey day la kat offc.. kejo banyok 

Hrni.. sib baik meeting chairman buat short n sharp..sejam jer settle.. br nak cabut balik awal.. bertembung lak dgn boyapren red kojek.. adess.. sangkut lak kat offc dia.. pekena kopi.. hbs diet.. (ceh konon diet sweet.. nk cuba diet atkins ni ).. save by the bell.. his dato called him up.. yeay.. at 4 pm.. i can go back home... lalalalala.. by 5pm dah terpacak kat gym.. semangat!!!!

Hrni training:

Warm up with- 10 mins walk uphill incline 7 speed 5 ... laju siot..
15 x pull chest - 3 set
15 x Mountain climb + 15 x squad - 3 set
Kardio - 5 min forwrd + 5 min backward
15 x pull up chest/ shoulder - 3 set
15 x push up - 3 set
15 x sit up - 5 set

Settle.. sambung steam room 15 min.. yehaaaa...

My body getting better.. no more pain at shoulder.. leg.. and all... hehehehe..

PT 1st Session

Lenguhnyer kaki.. penat sgt.. tapi mata x mau lena.. harini 1st session (yang dah delay berbulan) training dgn PT.. patutnya with Huzaimy yang ganteng itu.. sign agreement with him... he also a diver.. .. tp dia dah berenti lak.. melepasss.. now dgn Karem.. hmmm.. handsome?? Yup.. but.. too young.. not my taste.. ada hikmah di sebalik pemberhentian abam itu.. wakakaka..

Weight today? Too scared to step on the weight scale.. hehehe..

Todays training just salam mukadimah:

1. Kardio (track mill) 10 mins (warm up)
2. Squad 10 (3 set)
3. Lunges 10 (3 set)
4. Kardio 5 min (avoid track mill to reduce pressure on knee)
5. Shoulder (dumbell) - side - 12 ( 3 set)
6. Shoulder (dumbell) - front- 12 (3 set)
7. Kardio ( 5 min forward + 5 min backwards)
8. Sit up 10 (3 set)

Done!

Solid 1 hr.. mcm sikit jer kan..bayar trainer rm90 x 12 session utk jadi tukang kira and bg semangat masa workout.... hehehehehe.. tp hakikatnya.. kalau x bayar.. nak buat sendiri mmg idok lerrr... now tgh tanggung sengsara sakit segala.. ni azab dia sbb lama x workout.. sampai cramp perut masa sit up.. 1st time in my life kena tuuu...

Ok.. dah start workout.. kena start control makan la kan (ni br lepas belasah subway 😂)

Kembali ke jalan yg benar:
1. No starbuck!!!! Really.. hadoii)
2. Kopi kosong jer...
3. No ais... hmm.. bisa buuuukk
4. No roti canai.. hbs la roti canai kambing .. pandang jer la pasni..
5. No nasi lemak.. small matter ni
6. No sweet2 food.. hmmm.. agak sukar ni.. x per.. fighting!!!

Kita try yg ni dulu yer.. selo selo kayuh baybeh!!

Right or Wrong Women?


Dulu.. what I want is just as "Right Woman" want... but after been betrayed and fool over and over... now.. I m realized... want I want today.... is  more on "Wrong Women" want.. cruel is it.. hahahahahaha..
