PT 1st Session

Lenguhnyer kaki.. penat sgt.. tapi mata x mau lena.. harini 1st session (yang dah delay berbulan) training dgn PT.. patutnya with Huzaimy yang ganteng itu.. sign agreement with him... he also a diver.. .. tp dia dah berenti lak.. melepasss.. now dgn Karem.. hmmm.. handsome?? Yup.. but.. too young.. not my taste.. ada hikmah di sebalik pemberhentian abam itu.. wakakaka..

Weight today? Too scared to step on the weight scale.. hehehe..

Todays training just salam mukadimah:

1. Kardio (track mill) 10 mins (warm up)
2. Squad 10 (3 set)
3. Lunges 10 (3 set)
4. Kardio 5 min (avoid track mill to reduce pressure on knee)
5. Shoulder (dumbell) - side - 12 ( 3 set)
6. Shoulder (dumbell) - front- 12 (3 set)
7. Kardio ( 5 min forward + 5 min backwards)
8. Sit up 10 (3 set)

Done!

Solid 1 hr.. mcm sikit jer kan..bayar trainer rm90 x 12 session utk jadi tukang kira and bg semangat masa workout.... hehehehehe.. tp hakikatnya.. kalau x bayar.. nak buat sendiri mmg idok lerrr... now tgh tanggung sengsara sakit segala.. ni azab dia sbb lama x workout.. sampai cramp perut masa sit up.. 1st time in my life kena tuuu...

Ok.. dah start workout.. kena start control makan la kan (ni br lepas belasah subway 😂)

Kembali ke jalan yg benar:
1. No starbuck!!!! Really.. hadoii)
2. Kopi kosong jer...
3. No ais... hmm.. bisa buuuukk
4. No roti canai.. hbs la roti canai kambing .. pandang jer la pasni..
5. No nasi lemak.. small matter ni
6. No sweet2 food.. hmmm.. agak sukar ni.. x per.. fighting!!!

Kita try yg ni dulu yer.. selo selo kayuh baybeh!!
