15 x pull chest - 3 set
15 x Mountain climb + 15 x squad - 3 set
Kardio - 5 min forwrd + 5 min backward
15 x pull up chest/ shoulder - 3 set
15 x push up - 3 set
15 x sit up - 5 set
Settle.. sambung steam room 15 min.. yehaaaa...
My body getting better.. no more pain at shoulder.. leg.. and all... hehehehe..
